How to write an essay in 5 steps
Learning how to write an essay is a skill you will use throughout your life. Simply organizing the ideas you use when writing essays will help you write business letters, company notes, and marketing materials for your clubs and organizations. Everything you write will consist of simple essay parts:
Purpose and Thesis Statement
Title
Introduction
Body of Information
Conclusion
We'll walk you through each section and give you tips on how to master the art of essay writing.
Purpose / Main Idea.
Before you start writing, you need to have an idea about writing.If you are not given an idea, it is easier than you think to come up with your own. For example, you can look up some prompts in paper help writing.Your best essays will be about things that light a fire. What are you passionate about? What topics have you been for or against? Choose a topic that you are "for" rather than "against," and your essay will be stronger.
Are you passionate about gardening? sports? Photography? volunteering? Are you an advocate for children's rights? domestic peace? hungry or homeless? These are the indicators of your best essays.
Put your idea into one sentence. This is your claim, your basic idea.

Title

Some people will tell you to wait until you're done writing to choose a title. I find that the title helps me focus, but I always revise mine when I'm done to make sure it's the most effective.
Introduction
Your introduction is one short paragraph, just one or two sentences, that lays out your thesis (your main idea) and introduces the reader to your topic. After your title, it's the next best chance to hook the reader in. Here are some examples:
Women are the major buyers in 80% of American households. If you don't place them, you should.
Look at a different spot on your arm. Is the shape wrong? Is it multiple? You could have melanoma. Know the signs.
