It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or an amateur when it comes to exercising. Whether your goal is to build your muscles, lose fat, or grow stronger, the full-body split is what is best for you.

The higher frequency and the lower volume or high compound exercise focus that typically accompanies has been proven (both by science and the real world) to be ideal for beginners. This is the reason why the most effective beginner workouts on the planet are built around this full-body split.
