The Year Of Me

The theme of this year is to focus on what is going to benefit me on the long term.

By the end of the year i want to be better at:

  • My general religious aspects

  • My work

  • My social life

  • Managing my time

  • Knowing what are my priorities

The Journey is as important as the destination.

Goal Categories


  • Get on a healthy diet

  • Get to below 90 Kilos.

  • Get exercise at least 2 times a week


  • Adapt the Minimalist concept of “less is more”

  • Create a healthy Morning routine

  • Integrate reading into my day

The main outcome to achieve by the end of the year is to be more at peace.
