Design Sprint

in brief

compress months of time into a single week !!

The sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. Developed at Google Ventures

Working together in a sprint, you can shortcut the endless-debate cycle and compress months of time into a single week. !!

Design Sprint has the workshop formula and composes of 3 stages:
Analysis: Understanding of the problem, mapping of goals and threats.
Ideation: Drawing up solutions. Review of solutions and selection of one solution to create the prototype.

Validation: Prototyping and tests.

Design Sprint can be used to:

prepare vision of new technological products,

define features of a website or application,

design processes for business/customer service,

but also, to solve more open business problems and elaborate strategy for new undertakings.

The sprint gives teams a shortcut to learning without building and launching.

Day 4 : Prototype

During prototype phase you will aim to create a prototype that is just real enough to validate, and you will do it really fast!

prototype is a facade of the experience you have envisioned in the Sketch phase.

Prototype Methods : Storyboard , Assign task …

Day 5 : Validate

The Validate phase is the Design Sprint moment of truth. Your team will finally get to see live users interact with their ideas and hear direct feedback from your target audience.
